Mmm...

I love glazed donuts. Whoever invented them deserves a reward.

Undercooked are the best...you know the ones. You're at your favorite donut spot, and you can see them from 50 feet away. They're a light golden color! Your heart (or is it your stomach?...nah, gotta be your heart...stomachs leaping is a badThingTM) leaps within you and you rush over and buy a dozen just to show them your support for the perfect level of golden-ness.

Mmm...so tasty. Homer knows what I'm talking about.

For the record, Krispy Kreme glazed donuts don't do it for me.

Krispy Kreme is, in fact, highly overrated. The only thing "special" about them is that their doughnuts come out fresh when you get there. Wait 15 minutes, they're much worse than 15-minute old any-other-doughnut-place doughnuts.

Krispy Kreme is the best. How can you not like them? I wish our Acme hadn't closed.. or they'd put a Krispy Kreme one nearby. Either way, I love Krispy Kreme.

Mmmmm.... donuts...

And, no, they're not overrated. They're the best even after 15 minutes. Do you think I eat a whole dozen in the 15 minutes after I get them? No way! I leave them in the box till the next day. STILL THE BEST. Even after 2 days.

I think KK's are overrated, too. They don't necessarily SUCK, but they aren't AMAZING, either. However, DONUTS RULE!!! I will say that walking around Vegas at like 3 or 4AM and hitting up the KK at Excalibur *IS* awesome. When you're that drunk, I'm sure *any* donut is awesome. :)

Krispy Kreme is overrated. After all, they sell doughnuts with twinky cream inside. Whose stupid idea was that? I do admit their doughnuts are ok, but nothing to get worked up about. At my school, they sell krispy kreme doughnuts and some unknown generic ones that may come from any doughnut store. The generic ones are much better.

THEY ARE SOOOOOOO OVERRATED. The reason why the donuts aren't stale after two days is because they are covered with a disgustingly thick layer of sugar. Glazed doesn't mean soaked in sugar. Dunkin Donuts is the best thing ever! I hate Krispy Kreme!

Krispy Kreme are OK, but they're not real doughnuts. I grew up on Dunkin Donuts. They are the QUINTESSENTIAL doughnut. Scrumtious, flavorful, distinctive, and delicious. The jelly and chocolate frosted ones are awesome, and if you go early in the morning, the glazed ones are a thing of beauty. Perfectly symmetrical glaze that is ATTACHED TO THE DOUGHNUT and the thing sorta SCRUMSHES in your mouth, the glaze doesn't break off like it does on Krispy Kreme.

The chocolate that Dunkin uses can not be beat. I love not only their chocolate doughnuts, a thing of brilliance, but their chocolate frosted doughnuts as well. The frostings at DDs are outstanding.

Krispy Kreme has no variety and they don't sell the doughnut holes aka "munchkins" that DD's is famous for inventing. Those things are LETHAL. I could probably eat them for 2 days straight.

My wife and I are Die hard KRISPY KREME HATERS. This cr@p is indicative of what is happening to so much food. These doughnuts taste like "wonderbread dipped in sugar" They have no flavor. They are cloyingly sweet and have a horrible texture. Warm doughnuts from anywhere taste good. Try ones from a local doughnut place. They are usually actually crispy on the outside. And get this. They stay crispy for hours. And here is the real kicker. They have flavor. I like fat and have no problem with the fat in anybodies doughnuts. If you are going to subject your body to something unhealthy at least make sure it tastes good.

Krispy Kreme makes good Raspberry Jelly donuts. I also like their glazed, only if cold. When hot I can taste the yeast...Yuck! Their chocolate brownie cake donuts they just recently came out with taste HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! They just opened a 2nd KK in this city. I haven't been there even though it's walking distance from my house. I do like their decor and their donut machine.
