ShapeShifting 101

I had to turn ShapeShifter off because it was forcing every window, including Widgets AND Menubar apps to have that ugly grey border around them. Even when the border is off in Windowshades X. It seemed cool, but then I decided to uninstall Shapeshifter. Well...my system is completely messed up now. I can't use Mail or Safari. I tried opening Disk Utility to fix the problem and that doesn't work either. So I go to Unsanity's support page to find out that they only provide e-mail support. But of course, my Mail doesn't work so I have to call them. I decide to call a number on their site and I am greeted by voicemail that says I have to use e-mail for support. So, here I am using the only outlet I have at my disposal in communicating with Unsanity. A blog. Can someone tell me what I can do to fix these problems? Chris Kinsman Keep comments on topic.
