Krazed ShapeShifter Developer Screenshots, Part Un
As part of developing ShapeShifter, I often create outlandish test cases that have a very obvious "works" or "totally broken" state. And then run my development machine using that test case for a few days to see what shakes out. Since the test cases need to be super-obvious, they also tend to be a bit on the eye-searing side (think hot pink text on a green background, for example). I've been told quite a few times that I should show screenshots of these test cases, simply because they're entertaining in the pureness of the horror that they inspire - kinda like zombies. So, here is the first of what is hopefully a long line of Krazed ShapeShifter Developer Screenshots!!!! I'll call this one "Hole In My Head" for obvious reasons. Although maybe "Hole In The Wifelet's Head" would be a better name... Clickie makie biggie! Enjoy that subtle gag reflex that you're even now trying desperately to suppress. :) Trackback Pings: TrackBack URL for this entry: Related:

Just as long as I can find, then drag, and drop the respective rectangle pieces but in place I'm cool with it. ;) Posted by: CREB on September 2, 2006 8:31 AMSo... What I would like to know, is it working in this screenshot or not. :) Holes means it's working? hahah R Posted by: Ryan Clark on September 2, 2006 12:09 PMAs all developers I see you stay away from third party apps on development machine but you couldn't give up Quicksilver :) Posted by: Ilgaz on September 2, 2006 3:53 PM"What's that app on the right in the dock?" That looks to be File Buddy. Posted by: CREB on September 3, 2006 9:40 AMYup, File Buddy. More specifically, File Buddy, a Carbon app that uses ControlManager-based non-compositing windows. (Although now that I think about it, I think the author may have updated it to where that's no longer true, negating my reason for testing against it.) Posted by: Jason Harris on September 3, 2006 9:55 AMum... i don't see the screenshot... am i just blind this morning? Welcome back Kaleidoscope! :) This is a beta, right? So why not release more releases, if you guys are working on it? There have only been 3. Posted by: Slim on September 13, 2006 10:26 AMHey I see some cool app icons I don't recognize! What's the one to the right of Console and the one to the right of BBEdit? Posted by: Jason Finley on September 18, 2006 8:42 AMKeep comments on topic.
