SafariNoTimeout 1.1 is out. No changes has been done code-wise, but this version includes the new version of the installer that won't tell you it installed Application Enhancer (if you didn't had it installed before) while it actually didn't (and couldn't, as the APE installer isn't even included inside of the package); plus it features the new icon, new installer icon as done by Max Rudberg - you will see more of these boxes when we release new versions of our stuff (example). Max did an outstanding job, as usual. [direct download]

I commend you on your professionalism as you pass the torch.
Posted by: CREB on August 20, 2004 12:46 PMCool, I was the guy that sent you the bug report about the SafariNoTimeout installer. I am glad that I was able to help out.
Posted by: dustin on August 23, 2004 11:56 PMThis version doesn't seem to work properly. It says "timed out after 600 seconds" after only a minute or so - not ten minutes.
Posted by: Erik J. Barzeski on August 29, 2004 9:48 AMRe: "(unnecessary as of Mac OS X 10.3.6)". OK, I've got 10.3.6. How do I change the timeout without using SafariNoTimeout? Thanks!
Posted by: Tom O'Neill on December 2, 2004 1:07 AMI am trying to find out if this should work with Safari 3.1.2 because I've installed it and Safari still has a 60 second timeout (I've restarted).
Can't find anything here or on the web about this. It would be wonderful if there is something that will extend the timeout.
