Frolicking... themes, shirts... rock climbing... web re-design... cell phone t-mobile... cool stuff !

And it is all reasonable activity. I am certainly not saying that you should not have lives... but is there any progress on your software. Specifically Labels X, which if I am not mistaken has not been updated for 10.3 and thus far have heard no real news or information toward progress of that front.

Now I own, use (and appreciate) most of your products. I've really been your biggest fan and advocate. And I realize that $7-20 per product doesn't give me much clout in terms of requesting support for any specific product.

But at the same time I am a consumer, and a customer and I'd appreciate some news on the progress on the Labels X product. I've always relied heavily upon labels as a productivity asset on my end, and I understand Apple's horrific implementation of labels in 10.3 is probably thwarting your efforts.

That being said, what is the status of the product? If it can't be worked around I would totally understand... but you need to say so. It's going on seven months since the release of Panther. If this is the case and it doesn't make sense to continue development, I would understand and I will then continue to pressure Apple to fix their broken product.

Sorry for the rant, but after six months of reading your rss feeds, I'm eager for some hard and pertinent information about product development!

Thanks,
