Silence Must Be Heard

Xounds 2.1b1

Updated for Mac OS X 10.3 Panther.
Added the volume slider to control the volume of the Xounds sound effects.
Added support for Rogue Amoeba's Detour v1.2.

Mighty Mouse (this beta, 1.1.2, and probably earlier) exhibit the mighty mouse 1.0 problem that the cursor reverts to the default when the resolution is switched under Panther (7B85).

After installing Xounds 2.1b1, my eMac is not making Xounds noises, but my Keylime iBook is. Both are 10.2.8.
